The newest craze in fitness has made it to pre-school. The Rock Club is now offering Westchester’s first rock climbing class for kids ages 3-4 years old. Our professional, kid-friendly instructors focus on creating an environment where everyone can excel. In addition to building self-esteem, our fun-filled program helps improve fine motor skills, overall fitness, balance, and flexibility.
