Waivers


Every visitor to The Rock Club needs a waiver to climb or participate in one of our programs. How you do it depends on your age and specific situation.

1. Climbers age 18 and over
You’ll generally just sign the waiver when you first visit. The Rock Club uses a signature capture system similar to some credit card terminals. It’s fast, easy and paperless. If you’re a parent with kids along you just sign the kid’s waivers too.

2. Climbers Under Age 18
Your parent needs to sign your waiver. If your parent is not present, then you can download a waiver, get it signed by your parent, and bring it with you when you visit. Unless you are a birthday party guest YOU MUST ALSO BRING A COPY OF A PARENT’S DRIVERS LICENSE. Faxing the waiver and copy of driver’s license is also OK. Please note: Without the waiver AND driver’s license you’re not going to able to climb. No exceptions. Please avoid disappointment by making sure you have both!

3. Groups and Parties
All group and party participants must present a waiver signed by parent or legal guardian. Hosts can download and print the waiver and include it in invitations. Alternatively, guest’s parents can download the waiver. In both cases they can be faxed to us. If you’re organizing a group please make sure that your guests have waivers. We can't stress it storngly enough. Waivers can only be signed by parents. Other friends, relatives, grandparents, babysitters, and friendly neighbors can NOT sign the waiver.

Online Preregistration


The Rock Club offers the option of online registration. “Registration” just means that you have an account on our system. Doing it ahead of time means that way you can check in faster and get periodic newsletters with special offers, Rock Club events and program information. Just complete and submit the form at the bottom of this page. If you complete every section of the form you'll receive a free gift when you first visit! It’s our way of saying thanks.

1. The emergency contact info can NOT be left blank. If you don't want to supply the info please enter NA in each field. Leaving these fields blank will cause an error message. Thanks!

2. Our system is secure and your information is strictly confidential. We do not sell it and will not spam you. And our database cannot be copied or downloaded by employees or anybody else.
